Paused.club ownership is designed for people who want the joy of a countryside retreat without the usual complexity of managing a second home. At our founding location ‘Hampshire Hills’ owners will be able to enjoy their own design-led residence in a private nature-led community, supported by clear site rules and access to concierge services.

What you own

Owners purchase their holiday home outright and receive a licence to occupy a plot at Hampshire Hills for the agreed term. The current ownership structure is being prepared around a 999-year holiday licence, with final documentation to be provided during the buying process. This page is intended as a helpful introduction only. Full legal documents will be provided before purchase.
