Paused.club is a new kind of quiet, nature-led holiday residence community for people who want to properly switch off.
The first Paused.club location is Hampshire Hills, near Winchester.

Hampshire Hills is located in the Hampshire countryside near Alresford and Winchester, within easy reach of London and close to the South Downs National Park.

The first release will include design-led lodge ownership opportunities at Hampshire Hills. Selected plot-and-plan opportunities are expected to be available, giving buyers the opportunity to shape their own countryside retreat.

The first release is being finalised. Priority list members will receive availability, pricing, floor plans and viewing invitations first.

The lodges are expected to offer two to three bedrooms. Final layouts and specifications will be confirmed in the lodge release information.

Yes. Owners are expected to be able to make personal interior choices, subject to the final lodge specification and supplier process.

At present, the lodges are intended for year-round holiday use, subject to the terms of the licence and park rules.

Owners purchase their lodge outright and receive a licence to occupy a plot at Hampshire Hills. The current ownership structure is being prepared around a 90-year holiday licence. Full legal documentation will be provided before purchase.

Yes. An annual ground rent will apply. Further details of what is included, and what is payable separately, will be provided in the ownership information pack.

Owners may be able to make their lodge available for short stays through the park’s approved managed lettings arrangement. Private lettings are not permitted. This is to protect the quality of guests, the quiet of the community and the experience of other owners.

No. Letting your lodge may help offset some running costs, but it should not be viewed as a guaranteed investment return. Paused.club is designed primarily for people who want to own and enjoy their own place in nature.

Yes, subject to the park being informed and all guests following the community rules. Owners remain responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

Yes. Hampshire Hills is intended to support wholesome family time in nature, provided the quiet and respectful atmosphere of the community is protected.

Yes, subject to the park rules and responsible ownership.

Yes. Quiet hours are expected to run from 10 pm to 7 am. The protection of quiet is a central part of the Paused.club philosophy.

No disruptive parties or events are permitted. Any commercial or group use must be approved through the park and must operate within the Paused.club community rules.

Optional concierge services are being prepared and may include pre-arrival preparation, cleaning, housekeeping, changeovers, maintenance coordination, lodge checks and lettings support.
