Here, owners have the opportunity to create or choose an architecture-led holiday home within a private countryside setting, supported by considered community rules and optional concierge services designed to make ownership feel effortless.
Ownership at Hampshire Hills
Owners purchase their holiday home outright and receive a licence to occupy a plot at Hampshire Hills for the agreed term. The current ownership structure is being prepared around a 999-year holiday licence, with full documentation provided during the buying process.
